Silhouettes in Blue: A Workshop with Visual Artist Reenie Charrière
13 March @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

We are pleased to present Silhouettes in Blue, a joyful and participatory workshop-meets-artist talk with visual artist Reenie Charrière, where drawing leaves the sketchbook behind to unfold directly onto the walls of the Château.
Workshop – Silhouettes in Blue: large-scale drawing with blue masking tape
After a short musical warm-up to activate the body and explore different poses, participants are invited to create a temporary collective mural using blue masking tape, a playful and unexpected medium that allows for all kinds of lines to be drawn directly on the walls.
Using provided reference images (animals, Henry Clews’ fantastical sculptures…) or photos selected on their phones, participants explore changes in scale by translating an image onto the surface of a wall. It is also possible to work collaboratively by tracing the outlines of a silhouette—an accessible and enjoyable way to create together, invent a personal visual language, and transform the space into a creative playground.
